Initiate Your Request
Log into your PokeRand account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
